This exciting mixed-use development is part of recent growth in Kapolei that has transformed the city into the central business district of West Oahu. Bringing 300 new homes and 32,000 sq. ft. of retail space to this popular area, the $111.5 million project consists of three major components developed in three phases. Phase 1 is a 13-story tower with 154 affordable senior rental units and ground floor retail space, while Phase 2 adds another 13-story tower with 72 affordable and 71 market-rate condominiums, as well as additional retail. Phase 3 adds a one-story retail building. The development received fast-track approval from Hawaii’s governing agencies.
