SVA was the design and bridging architect for this vital project, recognized as one of the largest student housing developments in the state university system’s history. SVA provided the initial design bridging documents for 2,700 beds of housing on 30 acres of on-campus agricultural land located to the north of the campus core. In addition, two 1,000-car parking structures were integrated into the master plan. Envisioned as a Town Center for student living, the new housing brings apartment style living on campus. Poly Canyon Village is LEED Gold certified.
