San Buenaventura Residence Hall is located along the northern slope of the University of San Diego, overlooking Mission Bay and surrounded by mature trees and lush landscaping. The new building blends in seamlessly with USD’s signature Spanish Renaissance Revival architectural style and provides 72 apartment style units in multiple configurations. A living room, dining area, and full kitchen are included in each floor plan, along with a communal laundry room, four student lounges, conferencing facilities, and storage rooms. Four courtyards are featured around the building to serve student recreation/relaxation areas with the largest courtyard functioning as a pedestrian link and outdoor sitting area for the student café.
