The development team’s vision for the Vermont Corridor is a bold urban development that serves as a nexus to the surrounding community—a civic hub that includes residential, commercial, and green spaces. A park and plaza will engage residents and guests alike by weaving together the pedestrian experience along Vermont Avenue and the functional entries of both buildings. At the east end of the park, perforated metal screen panels cover the parking structures to provide shading, and at the street level, new retail establishments will line Vermont Avenue and encircle the entrance to the plaza, enlivening the pedestrian experience.
