Unique Opportunity for Businesses to Own Their Office Space Coming to West Oahu’s Central Business District

Honolulu, HI, June 21, 2017 – SVA Architects, Inc. is pleased to announce that its project, Aloha Pacific Center at Kapolei, is now in the schematic design phase. The Aloha Pacific Center at Kapolei is a five-story Class A office project consisting of 141,456 square feet. The business destination was designed by SVA with design-build partner, Swinerton Builders, leading the construction. The design-build project delivery method unites design and construction services under a single contract, allowing the integrated team to complete a project quicker and more cost effectively. The highly sustainable building will allow businesses to own office space in Kapolei’s central business district, and enjoy amenities such as high capacity fiber optic technology, 12-14 foot ceilings, and an automated parking structure—the first of its kind in Hawaii.

Robert Simons, AIA, President of SVA Architects, states, “Kapolei has recently experienced rapid growth, and has become the central business district on West Oahu. We’re proud to be a part of that growth, and to bring a unique opportunity for businesses to own their office space to this booming area.”

Additionally, Ernesto M. Vasquez, FAIA, CEO of SVA and an architect for some of Hawaii’s foremost properties since 1983, is leading the design of the $111.5 million Kapolei Mixed Use Development across the street. SVA, in collaboration with local firm – Architects Hawaii Ltd., is also designing multiple athletic and music facilities at Farrington High School in Honolulu, Oahu. Other notable projects by SVA include the Kamehameha Community Learning Center at Māʻili in the Waiʻanae District, Oahu.
