Background

Alain has been involved in taking residential projects of various scales from conception through construction for over 8 years. His work is characterized by an interest in exploring the ways in which design and new building typologies can increase access to affordable housing and introduce new equity-building opportunities. Outside of work, Mr. Peschard likes to be outside as much as possible; playing soccer, bodyboarding and exploring nature while checking out new breweries in between.
