The Albany Middle School Annex provides a vital expansion for the growing school—offering ample general classroom space, culinary arts and computer labs, collaboration areas, and an inviting outdoor learning courtyard. This design-build project emphasizes education, community, and sustainability, with careful attention to enhancing the experience of the student, faculty, and staff of Albany Middle School. Key green design features include maximum natural daylighting, cross-flow ventilation, energy efficient building materials, and LED lighting throughout the structure. This project is targeting CHPS certification.
