This facility is comprised of two components. The first is a community building of approximately 10,000 square feet, which will house a multipurpose space, office space, group exercise room with storage, child watch room, a catering kitchen (with concession capability to the outside area, a teaching kitchen, storage and field maintenance equipment storage, and restrooms. The second component is a youth activity gymnasium sized at approximately 5,750 sq. ft., which is equal to a high school regulation court, and also includes restroom facilities.
