As one of the Department of Defense’s busiest and largest bases, Camp Pendleton need to upgrade its housing facilities. This vital military project consists of two $100 million+ Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) projects. Aggressively scheduled for fast-track delivery, BEQ Package 4 consists of new construction of 462 units and modernization of three existing buildings. Each BEQ includes a separate community building with indoor and outdoor recreation facilities to make living on base as comfortable as possible. These extremely tight sites adhere to Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection (AT/FP) setback requirements. The BEQ 4 project is LEED Gold certified.
