As one of the Department of Defense’s busiest and largest bases, Camp Pendleton need to upgrade its housing facilities. This large military project consists of two $100 million+ Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) projects. Aggressively scheduled for fast-track delivery, BEQ Package 7 consists of four multiple-story buildings totaling 751 units that provide high-quality living environments for U.S. Marines. Each BEQ includes a separate community building with indoor and outdoor recreation facilities to make living on base as comfortable as possible. These extremely tight sites adhere to Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection (AT/FP) setback requirements. The BEQ 7 project is LEED Gold certified.
