The complex offers 250 affordable micro-units, studios, and one-bedroom units to low-income seniors, adults, and at-risk youth. Celadon’s commitment to sustainability is highlighted by the 143-foot-tall solar photovoltaic system, the tallest electrical solar system of its kind in the country. This along with prominent features like the urban garden and an eco-roof with drought-tolerant planting and landscaping earned the project LEED Gold certification.
