The new 28,000 sq. ft. Great Park Administration Building will be located near the park’s iconic Orange Balloon. The new complex will permanently house the Community Services, Public Safety, and Building Maintenance Departments. The overall project also includes a parking lot and significant amount of site work totaling close to four acres. Additional building scope includes a pre-function gallery, main lobby, community rooms, sensory garden, interior courtyard, special event & command center, kitchen space, open office areas, locker rooms, shower rooms, conference rooms, and private offices. The goal of this project is to incorporate sustainable design and energy efficiency principles that will provide the city with a durable administration building for years to come.
