Located on both sides of Crenshaw Boulevard, this world-class project aims to enliven the intersection of Crenshaw and Exposition Blvd. This transit-oriented development is envisioned as a mixed-use and mixed-income affordable community of 401 units, including 81 affordable units. The ground floor will house 40,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail space and 2,500 sq. ft. of community service space, including amenities for the adjacent transit hub. The site includes 502 parking spaces and is further supported by an additional 34,000 sq. ft. of open community and recreation space. The two parcel site rests on either side of Crenshaw Boulevard across from the District Square project, a regional shopping center currently under construction.
