This new community is a commercial/residential mixed-use development consisting of 93 residential units, 7,767 square feet of flex mixed-use space and a 2,576 square foot community center. The development will be 4-stories with two-story townhomes and flats/apartment units over ground-level parking. Ninety percent of units are proposed as affordable to households earning less than 60 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI), of which 33 units will be set-aside for Permanent Supportive Housing. Some of the community amenities included are 6,017 sq. ft. of ground floor community space, a tot lot playground, a lobby, lounges, landscaped outdoor courtyards, barbecues, and laundry rooms on each floor. The development will also host an on-site Service Coordinator and Care Coordination to connect residents with a variety of community resources.
