The SVA team’s design for this vital military housing facility is grounded in community, functionality, and security, offering enlisted individuals a high-quality environment to rest, relax, and socialize. The design theme for this project is inspired by the features, proportions, and materials of the adjacent buildings on base, with the coastal Monterey architectural style maintaining a sense of cohesion throughout the area. The four-story structure provides 320 units of housing, as well as a multitude of common areas to facilitate community and social interaction.
