The SVA project team is working to deliver this mixed-used project consisting of a dual-branded, select-service, and extended-stay hotel with accessory hotel uses on a site of 4.36 acres. Further, the development will offer 45,000 sq. ft. of retail on the ground level, 222 Student Housing units for University of Southern California students, 186 mixed-income housing apartments, and a parking structure housing with 1123 parking spaces. The residential portion of the project is seven stories high, with retail on the ground level and residential on the upper floors. Accessory uses will consist of dining facilities, bar, lounges, meeting rooms, terrace-level pool, and fitness center.
