This expansive project consists of 1,020 beds in various building forms, including one residential tower with a conference pavilion (overlooking the adjacent Torrey Pines State Reserve and Pacific Ocean) two podium buildings of four stories, and five three- and four-story on-grade buildings. The Village’s amenities are intended for use by students and faculty, and campus visitors. Other project features include a student bookstore with attached convenience store, the Village Market, two laundry facilities, and a mail facility which to serve Torrey Pines West and East. The Village at Torrey Pines West is LEED Silver equivalent.
