This project weaves into the fabric of downtown, embracing mixed-uses and anchored by Safeway. To enhance neighborhood walkability, the project breaks up the long block along Mt. Diablo Street by introducing neighborhood building scale block sizes, featuring over 385 lineal feet of active and transparent grocery, retail, leasing, and amenity spaces, this project creates a social community plaza that is sure to become a staple of the new urban district.
